- We deliver All over Philippines. We do not ship to apo/fpo or po boxes. Please note that we may decline your order in case shipping address is out of delivery service area such as remote location, restricted place. Location other than Metro Manila (NCR) may take 3 to 4 working days.

- Our courier partners do not call prior to delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address with local contact nos at which someone will be present to receive the package. Also, in case due to some personal reason a recipient refuses to accept the delivery, we shall regard the order as delivered and no refund shall be processed for the same. For any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.
